对接受内镜下异物取出术的患者进行全程护理的效果探究

To explore the effect of whole-course nursing for patients undergoing end oscopic removal of foreign bodies

目的:探究对接受内镜下异物取出术的患者进行全程护理的效果。方法:将2016年2月至2019年6月在扬州市江都人民医院接受内镜下异物取出术的86例患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机平均分为参照组和观察组。对两组患者均施行内镜下异物取出术。同时,对参照组患者实施常规护理。对观察组患者实施全程护理。然后,比较两组患者接受手术的成功率、不良反应的发生率及对护理服务的满意率。结果:治护后,观察组患者接受手术的成功率及对护理服务的满意率均高于参照组患者,其不良反应的发生率低于参照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受内镜下异物取出术的患者进行全程护理的效果显著,可提高其接受手术的成功率,降低其术后不良反应的发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of whole-course nursing for patients undergoing endoscopic foreign body removal surgery.Methods:86 patients who received foreign body removal under endoscopy in Jiangdu People’s Hospital of Yangzhou city from February 2016 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.Foreign body removal under endoscope was performed in both groups.At the same time,the patients in the reference group were given routine care.The patients in the observation group were given whole-course nursing care.Then,the success rate of operation,the incidence of adverse reactions and the satisfaction rate of nursing service were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment and care,the success rate of operation and satisfaction rate of nursing service in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of whole-course nursing for patients undergoing endoscopic foreign body removal surgery is significant,which can improve the success rate of surgery and reduce the in cidence of postoperative adverse reactions.
