对晚期肺癌患者进行舒适护理的效果探讨

To explore the effect of comfort nursing for patients with advanced lung cancer

目的:探究对晚期肺癌患者实施舒适护理的效果。方法:将江苏省中医院收治的64例晚期肺癌患者随机平均分为Control组和Research组。对两组患者实施放疗或化疗。同时,对Control组患者实施常规护理,对Research组患者实施舒适护理。然后,比较两组患者的自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、简明疲乏评估量表(BFI)评分、生活质量(QOL)评估量表中的各项评分。结果:治护前,两组患者的GSES评分、BFI评分、生理功能评分、心理功能评分、社会功能评分及认知功能评分相比,P>0.05。治护后,Research组患者的GSES评分、生理功能评分、心理功能评分、社会功能评分及认知功能评分均高于Control组患者,其BFI评分低于Control组患者,P<0.05。结论:对晚期肺癌患者实施舒适护理的效果显著,可减轻其疲乏的程度,提高其自我效能感及生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of comfort nursing for patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:64 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into Control group and Research group.Both groups were treated with radiotherapy or chemotherapy.Meanwhile,routine nursing was carried out for patients in the Control group and comfortable nursing was carried out for patients in the Research group.Then,the scores of self-efficacy Scale(GSES),concise Fatigue Assessment Scale(BFI)and Quality of Life Assessment Scale(QOL)were compared between the two groups.Results:before treatment and care,the GSES score,BFI score,physiological function score,psychological function score,social function score and cognitive function score of the two groups were compared,and P>0.05.After treatment and care,GSES scores,physiological function scores,psychological function scores,social function scores and cognitive function scores of patients in the Research group were all higher than those in the Control group,and their BFI scores were lower than those in the Control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing can reduce fatigue,improve self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with advanced lu ng cancer.
