对慢性乙肝患者进行精细化护理的效果观察

Observation on the effect of fine nursing for chronic hepatitis B

目的:观察对慢性乙肝患者实施精细化护理的效果。方法:将南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁市人民医院有限公司收治的30例慢性乙肝患者随机平均分为参照组和精细化护理组。为两组患者均使用常规药物实施治疗。同时,对参照组患者实施基础护理,对精细化护理组患者实施精细化护理。然后,比较两组患者的症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分、简明36项健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分及对治护的依从率。结果:治护前,两组患者的SCL-90评分相比,P>0.05。治护后,精细化护理组患者的SCL-90评分低于参照组患者,其SF-36评分及对治护的依从率均高于参照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对慢性乙肝患者实施精细化护理可减轻其负性情绪,改善其健康状况,提高其对治护的依从性。

Objective:To observe the effect of fine nursing for chronic hepatitis B.Methods:30 chronic hepatitis B patients admitted to Suqian People’s Hospital of Nanjing Gulou Hospital Group were randomly divided into the reference group and the refined nursing group.Both groups were treated with conventional drugs.At the same time,basic care was carried out for patients in the reference group,and refined care was carried out for patients in the refined care group.Then,the symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)scores,a concise 36-item health status questionnaire(SF-36)scores,and the adherence rate to care were compared between the two groups.Results:before treatment and care,the scl-90 score of the two groups was compared,P>0.05.After treatment and care,the SCL-90 score of patients in the refined nursing group was lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score and the compliance rate of patients in the refined nursing group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of fine nursing for chronic hepatitis B patients can reduce their negative emotions,improve their health status,improve their compliance to treatment and care.
