青海省某三甲医院护理人员对安宁疗护知识了解情况的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of nursing staff’s understanding of hospice ca re knowledge in a grade Iii first-class hospital in Qinghai Province

目的:调查分析青海省某三级甲等医院护理人员对安宁疗护知识的了解情况。方法:本文的研究对象为2018年6月在青海省人民医院工作的54名护理人员。调查这些护理人员的民族、宗教信仰、婚姻状况、学历、工作时间、职称、职位、获得安宁疗护知识的途径、对安宁疗护的了解程度及填写《护理人员安宁疗护知识问卷调查表》的结果。结果:在这些护理人员中,大部分为汉族人,无宗教信仰,已婚,本科学历,无职位,工作时间为5~10年,职称为初级护师。这些护理人员主要通过参加相关教育、培训、讲座、会议及查阅网络资料、教科书及杂志等途径获得与安宁疗护有关的知识。这些护理人员对安宁疗护的了解程度不足,其《护理人员安宁疗护知识问卷调查表》的平均得分为(25.78±4.39)分,平均答题正确率为55.56%。结论:青海省护理人员对安宁疗护的了解程度不足,仅具有一定的安宁疗护基础知识,缺乏与安宁疗护有关的其他知识。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the understanding of hospice care knowledge among nursing staff in a third-level first-class hospital in Qinghai Province.Methods:The subjects of this study were 54 nursing staff working in Qinghai Provincial People’s Hospital in June 2018.These nurses were investigated for their ethnicity,religious belief,marital status,education background,working hours,professional title,position,access to hospice care knowledge,understanding of hospice care,and the results of filling in the Questionnaire on Hospice Care Knowledge for Nurses.Results:Most of the nurses are Han Chinese,no religious belief,married,bachelor degree,no position,working time is 5~10 years,title is junior nurse.These caregivers gain knowledge about hospice care mainly by attending relevant education,training,lectures,conferences and by looking up Internet materials,textbooks and magazines.The average score of the“Hospice Care Knowledge Questionnaire for Nurses”was(25.78±4.39),and the average answer rate was 55.56%.Conclusion:Nursing staffs in Qinghai province only have some basic knowledge of hospice care,but lack other knowledge related to hospice care.
