摘要
中韩石化是2013年建成投产的80万吨/年乙烯及其配套项目,由于项目建设刚刚结束,遗留的项目物资较多,首次开工前由于对生产情况的未知,储存的备品备件数量也较大,物资占用金额巨大,且库存结构非常不合理。中韩石化积极探索,大力提升物资供应管理水平,通过强化需求计划管理,改代利库等方式,取得了较好的效果,2016年全年物资库存大幅降低。
Sinopec is a 800000 T/a ethylene and its supporting projects completed and put into operation in 2013.Due to the completion of the project construction,there are a lot of project materials left.Before the first construction,due to the unknown production situation,the quantity of spare parts stored is also large,the amount of materials occupied is huge,and the inventory structure is very unreasonable.Sinopec actively explored and vigorously improved the level of material supply management,and achieved good results by strengthening demand planning management and replacing the warehouse with interest.The annual material inventory in 2016 was significantly reduced.
