摘要
本文对钛铁中硅元素的测定方法进行了改进,利用铂坩埚熔融后,用盐酸浸取后的母液,利用硅钼蓝光度法进行钛铁中硅的测定。整个操作过程耗时大约4-5个小时,缩短了检测时间,提高了检测效率;所用药品较少,降低了试验成本,减少了环境污染,且降低了检测人员的危险性。
The determination method of silicon in ferrotitanium herein has been improved.After melting in a platinum crucible,the mother liquor after leaching in hydrochloric acid has been used,and the determination of silicon in ferrotitanium has been carried out by the blue photometry of silicon molybdenum.The whole operation process has taken about 4 to 5 hours,which has shortened the detection time and improved the detection efficiency.Less drugs are used,and reducing the test cost,environmental pollution and the risk of detection personnel.
