摘要 水杨醛缩5-氨基水杨酸主要由5-氨基水杨酸与水杨醛为原料合成,并以其作为配体,合成了重bY、中dY以及轻Nd等三种新的Schiff碱稀土配合物,在对其结构予以表征过程中,通过对测试技术摩尔电导、元素分析、1H-NMR以及IR等应用:遵循2:1配位配体与稀土离子,6为中心金属离子的配位数,形成了[C28H20N2O8RE]·2H2O组合,在此组合中La,Ce,Pr,Gd,Dy,Er为RE。经过抑菌实验初步证实,对于实验选用的细菌,合成的Schiff碱与相关配合物具有抑制活性程度存在一定的差异性,而最为突出的就是稀土配合物的抑菌活性。 Salicylaldehyde condensed 5-aminosalicylic acid is mainly synthesized from 5-aminosalicylic acid and salicylaldehyde as raw materials,and three new Schiff base rare earth complexes such as heavy bY,medium dY and light Nd are synthesized by using the salicylaldehyde as ligands.In the process of characterization of its structure,through the application of measurement techniques such as molar conductance,elemental analysis,1H-NMR,IR,etc.,following the coordination number of 2:1 coordination ligand and rare earth ion,with 6 as the center metal ion,[C28H20N2O8RE]·2H2O combination is formed,in which La,Ce,Pr,Gd,Dy,Er are RE.It is preliminarily confirmed by bacteriostatic experiments that for the bacteria selected in the experiment,the synthesized Schiff base and related complexes have certain differences in inhibitory activity,and the most prominent is the bacteriostatic activity of rare earth complexes.
