摘要
硫酸钴是制备三元正极材料前驱体的一种重要原料,但是通过钴中间品制备成的硫酸钴溶液中含有重金属镉,直接排放会对环境造成很大的污染。本实验分析了反应时间、pH、硫化物投入比例等影响因素对除镉效果的影响。确定了钴中间品溶液除镉的最佳工艺参数,为将来的钴中间品溶液的除镉提供参考。
The cobalt sulfate is an important raw material for preparing precursor of ternary anode material,however,cobalt solution contains the heavy metal cadmium ions prepared from cobalt intermediate,direct emission would pollute the environment seriously.In this study,the influence factors such as reaction time,pH,sulfide dosage etc are analyzed.The study provides experience and reference for treatment of cobalt sulfate solution containing heavy metal ions.
