筘的锈蚀机理及防锈措施

摘要 为了解决织机用筘锈蚀导致无法使用的问题,分析温度、相对湿度及各种污染物对筘锈蚀的影响;通过正交试验,验证相对湿度、温度、筘清洁度3个因素对筘锈蚀的影响;从建立筘存储密闭室、分区存放、密封处理隔断门以及分类盘存4方面提出筘防锈蚀的控制措施。指出:相对湿度对筘锈蚀影响最大,清洁度和温度影响较小;相对湿度控制为39%~42%时筘不易生锈且最经济,是筘防锈蚀的最佳方案;筘存储室要尽量密闭并在室内增设隔断墙,通过建立筘存储室小环境检测管理制度做好筘储存工作。 In order to solve the problem that the loom reed is easy to rust and lead to unusable,the influence of temperature,relative humidity and various pollutants on reed rust is analyzed.The effects of three factors of relative humidity,temperature and reed cleanliness on reed rust are verified by orthogonal test.The control measures of preventing reed from rusting are put forward from four aspects of establishment of reed storage chamber,partition storage,sealing treatment partition door and classified inventory.It is pointed out that relative humidity has the greatest influence on reed rust,while the effect of cleanliness and temperature is minor.When the relative humidity is controlled as 39%~42%,the reed is not easy to rust,which is the most economical and the best way to protect the reed from rusting.Reed storage room should be as close as possible,and a partition wall should be added in the room.Reed storage is well by establishing small environment detection management system for reed storage room.
