浅析梳棉工序控制成纱粗节的措施

摘要 为了减少成纱粗节,分析梳棉工序影响成纱粗节的因素;从优化梳棉工艺和优选新型梳理器材方面探讨梳棉工序降低成纱粗节的措施。指出:生条纤维分离度和伸直度差、束状纤维多、短纤维数量多是梳棉工序影响成纱粗节的主要因素;提高锡林和刺辊转速,适当减小刺辊—给棉板隔距和前、后固定齿条盖板针布隔距,重新分配前棉网清洁器和回转盖板花的落棉率,可减少成纱粗节;根据所用原料及所纺品种,优化梳棉工艺、选用新型梳理器材,能有效降低成纱粗节,提高成纱质量。 In order to reduce yarn slubs,the factors affecting the yarn slubs in carding process are analyzed.The measures to reduce the yarn slubs in carding process are discussed from the aspects of optimizing carding process and selecting the new carding accessories.It is pointed out that the chief factors affecting the yarn slubs in carding process are the poor fiber separation and straight degree,and the large number of bundle fibers and short fibers of carding sliver.Yarn slubs can be reduced by increasing the speed of cylinder and licker-in,appropriate reducing the gauge between licker-in and feed plate,and the gauge between front and back stationary flat,redistributing noil rate of front cotton web cleaner and rotary plate strip.According to the material and the spinning variety,carding process and carding accessories are optimized,which can effectively reduce the yarn slubs and improve the yarn quality.
