摘要
为了解决生产中1 cm^2 cm短粗节频率高的问题,介绍短粗节纱疵种类及产生机理,详细分析牵伸过程中“人、机、料、法、环”使变速点改变是导致短粗节暴增的主要因素;简述伴随短粗节出现在布面上形成阴影或规律性条纹的表现形式,“特例”短粗节以及短粗节来去无踪的特性。指出:1 cm^2 cm短粗节相比长粗节、长细节危害性大;纺纱器材对短粗节的影响大于设备,外在因素不仅影响变速点,还会造成更加明显的纱疵使条干恶化。
In order to solve the problem of high frequency of 1 cm^2 cm short slubs in production,the types and mechanism of short slubs are introduced.The main factors causing the sharp increase of short slubs due to the change of accelerated point,which is caused by“human,machine,material,method and environment”in drafting process are analyzed.The forms of shadow or regular stripe formed by the short slubs appearing on the cloth surface,as well as the characteristics of“special case”short slubs and its characteristic of coming and going without trace are described.It is pointed out that the 1 cm^2 cm short slubs is more harmful than long slubs and long thins.The influence of spinning accessories on the short slubs is greater than that of the equipment.The external factors not only affect the accelerated point,but also cause more obvious yarn defects and make the evenness worse.
