山西长治县振兴煤业有限公司矿井回采和掘进工作面联合试运转效果分析

Analyzing the combined commissioning effect of coal mining face and heading face of Shanxi Changzhi Zhenxing Coal Mine Company

煤矿建设项目联合试运转是在煤矿建设项目按照初步设计完成所有单项工程后,应依据制定的联合试运转方案开展联合试运转工作。本文通过对山西长治县振兴煤业有限公司90万吨/年矿井回采和掘进工作面联合试运转期间的运行报告、故障记录及处理等资料的分析,总结了回采和掘进工作面各系统的实际运行效果,提出了相应的建议,得出了满足矿井安全生产需要的结论。同时为煤矿下一步正常生产积累了实际开采经验,为矿井顺利通过投产验收、建成高产高效矿井奠定坚实基础。

The coal mine construction combined commissioning denotes launching projects together according to the operation scheme after all single projects have been completed.This article analyzed the operation report,system error and handling record of coal mining face and Heading face combined commissioning of Zhenxing Coal Mine Company(900,000 ton/year),in Changzhi County,Shanxi Province,The actual operating effect of systems in the coal mining face and heading face were summarized.Meanwhile,some conclusions and suggestions that meet safety production and standard were also obtained,accumulating mining experience for future normal production,passing the acceptance,and building foundation for efficient coal mine construction.
