洁净煤反向燃烧炉节能效益测定研究

摘要 针对烤烟节能减排、降工省本的目标,研发出一种洁净煤反向燃烧炉作为烤烟供热设备。为探寻其实际应用效果,以隧道炉和金属炉为对比样,进行节能研究实验。结果表明,洁净煤反向燃烧炉的干烟叶单耗和蒸发水单耗为1.035 kgce/kg及0.194 kgce/kg。以干烟叶单耗为指标,洁净煤反向燃烧炉比隧道炉相对节能21.7%,年节省标准煤718.3 kgce,年净收益574.6元;比金属炉相对节能37.2%,年节省标准煤1532.4 kgce,年净收益1226元。洁净煤反向燃烧炉省工降耗效果明显,具有广阔的应用推广前景。 Aiming at the goal of saving energy,reducing emission and saving labor during flue-curing tobacco,a clean-coal reverse-combustion furnace was designed as heating equipment for tobacco flue-curing.In order to explore its practical application effect,energy-saving research experiments were conducted with tunnel furnace and metal furnace as control groups.The results showed that the unit consumption of dry tobacco leaves and the unit consumption of evaporated water of clean-coal reverse-combustion furnace was 1.035 kgce/kg and 0.194 kgce/kg,respectively.Taking the unit consumption of dry tobacco leaves as the index,compared with the tunnel furnace,the clean-coal reverse-combustion furnace could save 21.7%energy,718.3 kgce of standard coal per year,with 574.6 yuan of net income per year.Compared with the metal furnace,it could save 37.2%energy,1532.4 kgce of standard coal per year,with 1226 yuan of net income per year.The clean-coal reverse-combustion furnace has obvious effect on reducing the cost and energy,and it has broad application and promotion prospects.
