摘要
本文提出了基于工业互联网技术混凝土泵车群远程监控与故障诊断系统。根据系统的业务需求分析和现场客户的实际需求,提出了系统的总体框架、系统的功能设计、数据库概念设计以及基于微服务技术的接口设计,设计了泵车群数据采集与接入、运行状态监控、移动轨迹查询、历史数据查询、智能故障诊断等功能,实现了混凝土泵车群的远程监控与故障诊断。系统的测试结果表明了该系统的有效性。
The remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system of concrete pump truck group was proposed based on industrial Internet technology.The overall framework and functional design of the system,conceptual design of the database,and interface design based on the micro-service technology were proposed according to the system requirements analysis and the actual needs of on-site customers.Some functions,including data collection and access,operation status monitoring,movement trajectory query,historical data query,intelligent fault diagnosis,etc.,were designed to achieve remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of concrete pump truck groups.The test results showed the effectiveness of the proposed system.
