优质护理在脊柱疾病护理中的临床应用价值

Clinical application value of quality nursing in spinal surgery nursing

目的:分析优质护理在脊柱疾病护理中的临床应用价值。方法:选取本院骨科于2018年1月至2019年6月收治的276例脊柱疾病患者为研究对象,根据入院的先后顺序将276例患者分为对照组与研究组两个组别,每组各138例患者。对对照组患者实施常规护理,对研究组患者实施优质护理,在护理完成后,观察两组患者的护理满意度及不良事件发生率,对比不同护理方式在脊柱疾病护理中的临床应用价值。结果:对照组患者在护理满意度方面低于研究组患者,其中对照组护理满意度为81.88%,研究组护理满意度为92.75%,两组差异显著,具有统计学价值(P<0.05);研究组患者的不良事件发生率低于对照组患者,其中138例研究组患者共有12例出现不良事件,不良事件发生率为8.6%,对照组138例患者共有49例出现不良事件,不良事件发生率为35.5%,两组差距较大,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脊柱疾病患者护理中给予患者优质护理可改善其症状,提升患者满意度,减少不良事件的发生几率,具有良好的临床应用价值,因此应在临床实践中优先应用优质护理方式。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of high quality nursing in spinal surgery nursing.Methods:276 cases of spinal surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research object.According to the order of admission,276 cases were divided into two groups:control group and research group,138 cases in each group.Routine nursing was given to patients in the control group and high quality nursing was given to patients in the research group.After the completion of nursing,nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse events were observed in the two groups,and the clinical application value of different nursing methods in spinal surgery nursing was compared.Results:The patients in the control group were lower than the research group in terms of nursing satisfaction,in which the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 81.88%,and the satisfaction of the research group was 92.75%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,with statistical value P<0.05.The incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group.Among them,138 patients in the research group had 12 adverse events,the incidence of adverse events was 8.6%,and 138 patients in the control group had 49 adverse events.The incidence of adverse events was 35.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing in spinal surgery nursing can improve the symptoms,improve patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of adverse events.It has good clinical application value.Therefore,high quality nursing should be given priority in clinical practice.
