摘要 井下定向钻进技术具有施工精度高、靶向探测以及探测深度长等特点,一是有效解决了地面孔施工的地形限制、井下系统限制,二是大大降低了地面钻孔占地、修路、水电服务等困难,三是弥补了井下常规钻机探测深度及准确性差等缺陷。集团公司从2009年开始引进井下定向钻进技术,先后应用到瓦斯抽放、构造探测、水害防治等方面,取得了大量成功经验,为矿井安全生产工作作出巨大贡献,在近几年来更是逐步将井下定向钻进技术作为防治水工作中的常规手段,为矿井提能、减负创造条件,为实现绿色、高效矿井提供保障。 Downhole directional drilling technology has the characteristics of high construction precision,targeted detection and long detection depth.First,it effectively solves the terrain limitation and underground system limitation of underground face construction.Second,it greatly reduces the difficulties of surface borehole occupation,road repair,water and electricity service and so on.Third,it makes up for the defects of poor detection depth and accuracy of underground conventional drilling machines.Since 2009,the group company has introduced underground directional drilling technology,which has been successively applied to gas drainage,structural detection,water disaster prevention and control,and has achieved a large number of successful experiences,making great contributions to mine safety in production.In recent years,the group company has gradually adopted underground directional drilling technology as a conventional method in water prevention and control work,creating conditions for mine energy improvement and burden reduction,and providing guarantee for the realization of green and efficient mines.
