Safety Evaluation of Chemical Process and Equipment

截止到目前,很多行业对化工产品需求量处于不断攀升状态,实际化工产品的生产方式和生产装置得到了明显改进,但由于化工生产中容易出现一系列风险问题,人们需要对其安全性进行合理检验。本文对化工工艺和设备危险识别与控制内容进行总结,并从对化学作业人员和管理制度的评价、安全防护装置的评价、反应线路及化工设备安全性评价、燃烧和爆炸事故预防四方面,论述了化工工艺和设备安全性评价。

Up to now,the demand for chemical products in many industries is on a rising state.The actual production mode and production equipment of chemical products have been significantly improved.However,due to a series of risk problems in chemical production,people need to reasonably test their safety.This paper summarizes the contents of chemical process and equipment hazard identification and control,and discusses the chemical process and equipment safety evaluation from four aspects:the evaluation of Chemical operators and management system,the evaluation of safety protection devices,the safety evaluation of reaction lines and chemical equipment,and the prevention of combustion and explosion accidents.
