摘要
目的对2019年常州地区市售化妆品进行监督抽验。方法按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年)的检验标准,对19批去屑类洗发产品进行了水杨酸等5种组分检测和急性眼刺激试验。对8批祛痘类化妆品进行盐酸美满霉素等7种禁用组分、有害物质铅砷汞及微生物检测。结果1批化妆品吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐不符合规定。结论2019年常州地区市售化妆品监督抽检结果总体尚好。
Objective To supervise and inspect anti-dandruff shampoo products sold in Changzhou in 2019.Methods According to Technical specifications for cosmetics safety(2015 edition),salicylic acid and other five components were detected and acute eye stimulation tests were conducted on 19 batches of anti-dandruff shampoo products.In 8 batches of acne cosmetics,7 prohibited components,such as phenycin hydrochloride,lead,arsenic,mercury and microbial indexes were detected.Results 1 batch of samples of pyrocdone ethanolamine salt did not meet the regulations.Conclusion the results of spot inspection on cosmetics sold in changzhou in 2019 are generally satisfactory.
