石油运输成本中的成本管理问题及优化对策研究

石油是我国社会发展的重要能源之一,在国际社会中也是重要的战略资源之一。基于石油重要的战略地位,其对于我国经济和社会的发展而言,是不可缺少的能源要素。因此,国家有关石油运输的成本管理工作,一直处于严格管理的状态。成本管理工作,是为了保证石油经济效益的一项有效措施。但是,从石油运输成本管理工作来看,仍然存在着预算管理不到位、收费不规范、资源浪费而造成成本过高的问题。而为了解决这些成本管理问题,有关单位需要逐步优化石油运输成本管理体系,针对这些问题一步步的采取对应的解决措施,保持石油运输成本和经济收益之间的平衡,从而为我国石油产业的发展提供可靠的帮助,让石油更好的服务于我国的社会生产和生活,充分发挥石油的战略价值和社会价值。

Oil is one of the important energy sources for social development in China,and it is also one of the important strategic resources in the international community.Based on the important strategic position of oil,it is an indispensable energy element for the economic and social development of our country.Therefore,the national cost management of oil transportation has been in a state of strict management.Cost management is an effective measure to ensure the economic benefits of petroleum.However,from the perspective of oil transportation cost management,there are still some problems,such as inadequate budget management,nonstandard charges and waste of resources,resulting in high cost.In order to solve these cost management problems,the relevant units need to gradually optimize the oil transportation cost management system,take corresponding measures to solve these problems step by step,and keep the balance between oil transportation costs and economic benefits,so as to provide reliable help for the development of China’s oil industry,make oil better serve China’s social production and life,and give full play to the strategic value and social value of oil.
