超强台风对浙江电网的影响及防范建议

Influence of Super Typhoon on Zhejiang Power Grid and Preventive Measures

超强台风是影响浙江电网及沿海省份电网安全稳定运行的主要气象灾害,其过境会对发、输、变、配、用各个环节造成严重影响。通过收集整理建国以来登陆浙江的台风案例,在分析归纳浙江省台风登陆规律的基础上,以2019年利奇马台风为例,就台风主要灾害影响,从电网规划、施工建设、运行维护、实时控制、应急处置等方面提出针对性预防措施建议,可供浙江电网及沿海同类省级电网防御台风灾害时予以借鉴和参考。

Super typhoon is the main meteorological disaster that affects the safe and stable operation of Zhejiang power grid and coastal power grid of relevant provinces.Its transit will have a serious impact on every link of generation,transmission,transformation,distribution and use.The typhoon cases that have landed in Zhejiang since the founding of the People s Republic of China were collected and analyzed,the laws of typhoon landing in Zhejiang were also summarized.By the case of Liqima Typhoon in 2019,some targeted preventive measures are put forward to against the disaster caused by typhoon from power-grid planning,construction,operation and maintenance,real-time control,and emergency disposal,which can be used for reference in the prevention of typhoon disaster in Zhejiang power grid and coastal provincial power grid.
