装配式建筑发展趋势分析及其管理思路初探

Development Trend and Management Ideas on Prefabricated Buildings

随着建筑物建造方式及其规范管理的多元化,装配式建筑的发展前景越来越明朗。装配式建筑在国外的应用已较为普及,占建成建筑中的比例较高,我国的装配式建筑开工面积也由2015年的7360万m 2增长到2019年的4.18亿m 3。增幅明显,但存在标准化程度低、产业链不连接、专业人才不足等问题,建议装配式的管理应着手于设计、构件生产及运输、施工等,提高技术水平和工程质量,促进建筑产业转型升级。

Due to the diversification of construction methods and standard management,the development prospects of prefabricated buildings will be popular.Prefabricated buildings have been widely used in foreign countries,accounting for a high proportion of completed buildings,while in China,the area of prefabricated buildings under construction increased from 73.6 million m 2 in 2015 to 418 million m 2 in 2019.The growth rate is obvious,but there exist some problems including low degree of standardization,disconnection of industrial chain and shortage of professional talents.Relevant management ideas are put forward on design,component production and transportation,construction and so on,in order to improve the technical level and construction quality,therefore,to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
