Design and Construction of Construction Elevator Reinforcement System in High-rise Building

施工电梯加固体系施工质量,直接决定了施工的安全和施工效率。结合北大资源东丽湖阅府观澜御景花苑工程实际施工案例,立足现有的施工经验,通过施工电梯加固体系设计思路及参数、加固体系架体搭设、基础施工及其安全防护、加固体系架体搭设验收,五个方面来分析高层住宅建筑施工电梯加固体系施工技术的具体应用和施工要点,最后通过荷载参数验算得出各参数均符合工程需求,并保证施工电梯加固体系的质量和稳定性。

The construction quality of construction elevator reinforcement system directly determines the safety and efficiency of the construction.Based on the actual constructing case of the Yujing Garden project of Yuefuguanlan in Dongli Lake and the existing construction experience,the specific application and key points of construction technology of elevator reinforcement system in the construction of high-rise residential buildings are analyzed in this paper from five aspects:the design idea and parameters of the construction elevator reinforcement system,the erection of the reinforcement system framework,the foundation construction and its safety protection,and the erection and acceptance of the reinforcement system framework.Finally,through the load parameter checking calculation,the parameters meet the engineering requirements,and ensure the quality and stability of the construction elevator reinforcement system.
