摘要
高职院校艺术设计人才培养面临困境,艺术设计专业人才不能满足市场需求。综合高职艺术设计专业人才培养模式普遍存在的问题,提出“三引三出”人才培养模式、构建基于工作岗位目标的课程体系、实施“双导师制”培养方式等一系列人才培养方式,以实现人才培养模式创新,打造具有可行性的人才培养途径,从而激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生自主学习能力与创新能力。
The talent cultivation of art design in vocational college talent training faces trouble times,and professional talents in art design can t meet the market demand.The common problems in professional talent training mode of art design in vocational colleges are comprehensively analyzed in this paper,and an innovative and feasible personnel training mode is put forward by introducing the curriculum system based on job objectives and the training mode of“double tutorial system”,in order to stimulates students interest in learning,and to improve their ability in independent learning and innovation.
