摘要
教育督导的教育行政管理职责是保障教育方针政策的落地,提高教育教学效能。目前,我国教育督导在机构设置、职能定位和人员队伍建设三个方面存在不足。深化教育督导体制机制改革,增强教育督导的权威性,应将着力点放在重塑教育督导机构、转变教育督导职能和建设专业化的队伍上,形成中国特色的教育督导制度。
In educational administration,education supervision is to guarantee the implementation of education policies and improve the efficiency of education.At present,the education supervision in China has major problems in institution setting,function positioning and personnel team building.It is of vital importance to reshape the education supervision institution,transform the education supervision function and build a professional team to deepen the reform of the education supervision system and mechanism,and enhance the authority of education supervision.
