摘要
为了落实教育试验区的使命,上海浦东新区从中小学标准化经常性督导方案研制和搭建教育督导信息化管理平台两方面,对中小学经常性督导评价标准化进行较为深入的实践探究,以提升中小学经常性督导评价的科学性、有效性和针对性。前者力图实现评价内容、评价方法和评价结果标准化,最终实现经常性督导工作的标准化建设;后者则让经常性督导评价结果可视化、智能化,倡导服务导向的督导评估,为教育行政决策提供数据支撑,为学校内涵发展提供有针对性的咨询、指导与建议。
For the mission of building the education reform testing zone, Pudong New Area conducts a in-depth practical exploration on the standardization of regular supervision and evaluation in primary and secondary schools from two aspects: the development of standardized regular supervision scheme and the establishment of information management platform for education supervision, so as to enhance the scientificity, effectiveness and pertinence of regular supervision and evaluation in primary and secondary schools. The former seeks to standardize evaluation contents, evaluation methods and evaluation results, and ultimately standardize the construction of regular supervision. The latter makes the results of regular supervision and evaluation visualized and intelligent, advocates service-oriented supervision and evaluation, provides data support for educational administrative decision-making, and provides targeted advice, guidance and suggestions for connotative development of schools.
