摘要
学生评教是高校课堂教学评价的重要方式,是学生参与教学活动的一项权利体现。从社会学冲突理论来看,学生评教具有调节高校教学资源合理分配、提高教学质量的作用,学生评教中的冲突反映了教师、学生和教学管理者三方的利益诉求,且具有积极作用。因此,高校管理者应完善学生评教制度,使其发挥应有价值,协调评教中学生、教师和教学管理者三方利益,并正确对待学生评教中的冲突。
Teaching evaluation by students is an important way of classroom teaching evaluation in colleges and universities. It is a power embodiment of students’ participation in teaching activities.From the perspective of sociological conflict theory, student evaluation plays a positive role in adjusting the rational allocation of teaching resources and improving teaching quality. The conflict in student evaluation reflects the interest demands of teachers, students and teaching managers, and plays a positive role.Therefore, university administrators should improve the student evaluation system, make it play its value, coordinate the interests of students, teachers and teaching managers, and treat the conflicts in student evaluation correctly.
