我国高等教育科研立项课题分析与发展愿景

Analysis and Development of Scientific Research and Projects of Higher Education in China

摘要 通过对2011-2019年全国教育科学规划立项数据中的1 054份高等教育类课题的定量分析发现,高等教育类课题是教育学二级学科中占比最高的领域;课题立项的变化经历了"跌宕期"和"平稳期"两个阶段,近五年立项数有所增加,但占比却明显降低;立项课题在省域和区域分布上呈现出不均衡和梯队化分布的特征;课题主持人及责任单位分布广泛、来源多样,高校是承担高等教育科研立项的主力军;当前高等教育研究主要关注高校教育管理、人才培养和师资管理,相对忽视高等教育战略与规划、中外高等教育史。基于此,从学科建设、财政支持、区域协调、人才培养和理论创新等角度提出未来高等教育科研发展的美好愿景。 Through the quantitative analysis of 1, 054 higher education projects in National Education Science Program from 2011 to 2019, it is found that the proportion of projects of higher education occupies an important position in National Education Science Program. In the past five years,the number of projects has increased, but the proportion has decreased significantly. The distribution of the project is unbalanced, and has echelon structure in provinces and regions. The project leaders and their responsible units are widely distributed and come from various sources. Universities are the main force to promote the scientific research and production of higher education. The current research focuses on education management, talent training and teacher management, but relatively ignores higher education strategic planning and history of higher education. Based on this, from the perspectives of discipline construction, financial support, regional coordination, talent training, and theoretical innovation, a beautiful vision for China’s higher education research development is proposed.
