“双一流”视角下高校科研论文影响力的文献计量分析

A Bibliometric Analysis of the Influence of Research Papers in Universities from the Perspective of “Double First-class”

"双一流"建设是我国21世纪初部署的又一重大的高等教育战略,其核心是要实现赶超世界先进水平、落实高等教育强国的伟大目标。文章以Scival科研管理平台为数据来源,从科研规模指标、科研质量指标、科研合作指标、学科竞争力指标等多维度对我国42所"双一流"大学近十年(2010-2019)的国际科研论文数据进行文献计量分析,并结合数据呈现的趋势及特征展开分析,为我国"双一流"政策推进及高等教育发展提供建议及对策设计参考。

The "double first-class" strategy is a major strategy for China’s higher education in the21 st century. Its core direction is to catch up with the world’s advanced level, and realize the dream of a strong education country. This article uses Scival’s scientific research management platform as the data source to document the international scientific research paper data of 42 "double first-class" universities in China in the past decade(2010-2019)from the perspectives of scientific research scale, scientific research quality, scientific research cooperation, and subject competitiveness. This article adopts the method of quantitative analysis, combines with the trends and characteristics of data presenting. We provide a series of reference suggestions and countermeasures for the promotion of "double first-class" policies and the development of higher education in China.
