摘要
以羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)和氧化魔芋葡甘聚糖(OKGM)为原料,采用冷冻干燥法制备羧甲基壳聚糖/氧化魔芋葡甘聚糖(CMCS/OKGM)复合海绵,通过FTIR、1HNMR、SEM等对其结构进行表征,通过吸水率、孔隙率、透气率、对NIH-3T3细胞增殖的影响、抗菌能力及急性全身毒性等测试来评价其性能。确定CMCS/OKGM复合海绵的最优制备工艺为:先采用高碘酸钠氧化制备OKGM,再按5∶5的体积比将质量浓度均为5%的CMCS溶液和OKGM溶液混合,加入2%的甘油作为塑化剂,冷冻干燥即得。CMCS/OKGM复合海绵具有良好的吸水率、孔隙率、透气率、抗菌活性、生物安全性且能促进表皮细胞增殖,是优良的医用慢性伤口敷料基础底料。
Using carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS)and oxidized konjac glucomannan(OKGM)as raw materials,we prepared a CMCS/OKGM composite sponge by a freeze-drying method.Moreover,we characterized the structure by FTIR,1HNMR,and SEM.Furthermore,we evaluated the performance by water absorption,porosity,air permeability,NIH-3T3 cell proliferation test,antibacterial ability,and acute systemic toxicity test.The results show the optimal preparation process of CMCS/OKGM composite sponge is determined as follows:firstly,OKGM is prepared by oxidation of sodium periodate;then,5%CMCS solution is mixed with 5%OKGM solution according to the volume ratio of 5∶5,and 2%glycerin is added as a plasticizer;finally,the composite sponge is obtained by freezing and drying.The CMCS/OKGM composite sponge has good water absorption,porosity,air permeability,antibacterial activity,and biosafety,and can promote proliferation of epidermal cells.CMCS/OKGM composite sponge is an excellent base material for medical chronic wound dressing.
