CoCl2·6H2O协同NaBH4催化还原柠檬烯合成1-甲基-4-异丙基环己-1-烯 被引量:1

摘要 在常温条件下,以DMF为溶剂,通过CoCl2·6H2O协同NaBH4催化还原柠檬烯合成1-甲基-4-异丙基环己-1-烯,通过GC-MS对产物结构进行表征,并考察了反应时间、NaBH4与柠檬烯物质的量比对反应的影响。结果表明,CoCl2·6H2O协同NaBH4能够快速催化还原柠檬烯合成目标化合物1-甲基-4-异丙基环己-1-烯,副产物为1-甲基-4-异丙基环己-3-烯和顺-1,8-对孟烷等。当NaBH4与柠檬烯物质的量比为1∶1、反应时间为1.0 h时,柠檬烯的转化率可以达到100%,1-甲基-4-异丙基环己-1-烯的产率可以达到70%。 Using DMF as a solvent,we synthesized 1-methyl-4-isopropylcyclohex-1-ene by reduction of limonene via synergistic catalysis of CoCl2·6H2O and NaBH4 at room temperature.Moreover,we characterized the structure by GC-MS,and investigated the effects of reaction time and molar ratio of NaBH4 to limonene on reaction.The results show that limonene can be rapidly reduced by synergistic catalysis of CoCl2·6H2O and NaBH4,the targeted compound is 1-methyl-4-isopropylcyclohex-1-ene,and the by-products are 1-methyl-4-isopropylcyclohex-3-ene and cis-1,8-p-menthane.When the molar ratio of NaBH4 to limonene is 1∶1,and the reaction time is 1.0 h,the conversion of limonene and the yield of 1-methyl-4-isopropylcyclohex-1-ene can reach 100%and 70%,respectively.
