不同绵羊品种FSHR基因多态性及其与产羔数的关联分析 被引量:4

摘要 旨在探究阿勒泰羊、和田红羊、吐鲁番黑羊中FSHR基因g.75132817C>T、g.75320579G>A、g.75320741G>A突变位点的多态性与产羔数的关系,为高繁殖力绵羊的选育提供新的分子标记。利用竞争性等位基因特异性PCR(The kompetitive allele specific PCR genotyping system,KASP)技术对FSHR基因的3个突变位点进行分型,利用SPSS 19.0进行关联分析。结果表明,g.75132817C>T位点在3个群体中均表现为中度多态(025<PIC<0.5);g.75320579G>A和g.75320741G>A位点在3个群体中均为低度多态(PIC<0.25)。g.75132817C>T位点中,和田红羊突变型TT个体产羔数显著高于野生型CC个体(P<0.05)。g.75320579G>A位点中,阿勒泰羊野生型GG个体产羔数显著高于杂合型GA个体。g.75320741G>A位点中,阿勒泰羊野生型GG个体产羔数极显著高于杂合型GA个体和突变型AA个体;吐鲁番黑羊突变型AA个体产羔数显著高于野生型GG个体。因此,推测FSHR基因g.75132817C>T位点适用于和田红羊产羔数的选育;g.75320741G>A位点适用于吐鲁番黑羊产羔数的选育。 The aim of this study is to investigate the association between follicle stimulating hormone receptor(FSHR)gene polymorphism(g.75132817C>T,g.75320579G>A,g.75320741G>A)and litter size in Alaty sheep,Turpan black sheep and Hetian sheep,so as toprovide new molecular markers for breeding high prolific sheep.Kompetitiveallele specific PCR genotyping system(KASP)technology was applied to detect the genotype of g.75132817C>T,g.75320579G>A and g.75320741G>A loci of FSHR gene,then the SPSS 19.0 software was used in the association analysis.The results showed that g.75132817C>T locus was moderately polymorphic in all three sheep breeds(0.25<PIC<0.5);g.75320579G>A and g.75320741G>A locus were low polymorphic(PIC<0.25)in three breeds of sheep.The g.75132817C>T locus of Hetian sheep showed that the litter size of TT individuals was significantly higher than CC individuals;g.75320579G>A locus of Altay sheep,the litter size of GG individuals was significantly higher than GA individuals;g.75320741G>A locus of Altay sheep,GG individuals litter size was significantly higher than GA individuals and AA individuals;the litter size AA individuals was significantly higher than GG individuals in Turfan black sheep.It is speculated that the FSHR gene g.75132817C>T locus is suitable for the breeding of litter size in Hetian sheep;g.75320741G>A locus is suitable for the breeding of litter size in Turpan black sheep.
