摘要
为探讨梨萼片脱落与维管束数目和面积的关系。以库尔勒香梨为试材,调查分析长果枝不同序位萼片脱萼率,比较不同物候期维管束数目和面积动态变化。结果显示,从第1序位到第5序位,库尔勒香梨果实脱萼率高低顺序为5>4>3>2>1。从大蕾期到末花期,维管束数目和面积呈增加趋势,其中,同一时期果柄、胴部和萼筒维管束数目不同序位表现为1>2>3>4>5,果柄和萼筒维管束面积不同序位表现为1>2>3>4>5,而胴部的维管束面积表现为第1序位最大,第5序位最小,第2、3和4序位无规律。相关性分析表明,脱萼率与果柄维管束数目(-0.90^*)和胴部维管束面积(-0.85^*)呈显著负相关,与胴部维管束数目(-0.99^**)、果柄维管束面积(-0.97^**)和萼筒维管束面积(-0.94^**)呈极显著负相关。萼片脱落,与维管束数目和面积相关,维管束数目少、面积小,萼片脱萼率高。
The aim of this paper is to investigate the relationship between the number and area of vascular bundles and abscission of pear sepals.The calyx dropping rate of different orders of long fruit branches was investigated and analyzed.The dynamic changes of vascular bundle number and area in different phenology periods were compared.From the first order to the fifth order,the calyx dropping rate of the‘Korla fragrant pear’fromthe high to low order was 5>4>3>2>1.The number and area of vascular bundles increased from large flower buds to the end of the flowering period,in which the number of vascular bundles of fruit stalks,equator,and calyx tube during the same period was 1>2>3>4>5,the vascular bundle area of the fruit stalks and calyx tube was 1>2>3>4>5,while the vascular bundle area of fruit equator was the largest in the first order,the smallest one of the vascular bundle area was in the fifth order,and the others were irregular in the second,third,and fourth order.Correlation analysis showed that the calyx abscission rate was negatively correlated with the number of vascular bundles(-0.90^*)and the area of vascular bundles(-0.85^*).There was a significantly negative correlation with the number of vascular bundles(-0.99^**),the area of vascular bundles(-0.97^**)and the area of vascular bundles(-0.94^**).The fall of sepals was related to the number and area of vascular bundles.If the number of vascular bundles was less and the area of vascular bundles was small,the sepal abscission rate would be high.
