摘要
应用环割、黄化、冷藏3种物理方式和不同浓度水平的激素类物质(3721生根粉、ABT生根粉)开展双因素随机区组试验,以期提高元宝枫扦插成活率。试验结果表明,冷藏+ABT生根粉500 mg/L组合处理扦插生根率最高,为63.6%;物理处理间未出现显著差异(P>0.05),而ABT生根粉500 mg/L浓度水平可以显著提高元宝枫扦插生根率和生根效果(P<0.05)。
Three physical treatments including ring-cutting,yellowing and low temperature storage,two hormones treatments including 3 concentrations of 3721 rooting agent and ABT rooting agent,were conducted as a two-factor randomized block test in order to improve the cutting survival rate of Acer truncatum Bunge.The test results showed that the cutting survival rate of low temperature storage+ABT rooting solution of 500 mg/L is highest,63.6%;among the physical treatments there was no significant difference,and t ABT rooting solution of 500 mg/L could significantly increase the rooting survival rate and rooting effect.
