摘要
针对高职院校留岗情况进行了调查,调查数据包括对毕业生的家庭年收入情况、薪酬标准实习期内月收入、就业岗位与所学专业对口情况、从事岗位满意度、留岗情况、换岗情况、到企业工作的通知渠道、换离工作单位或岗位的主要原因、辞职或换工作带来的影响等问题。对高职院校毕业生留岗数据进行了分析,以毕业生留岗情况为切入点,找出了毕业生的问题所在,提出了相应的解决办法。
The survey data of retention in higher vocational colleges includes the annual family income of graduates,the monthly income during the salary standard internship,the employment position and the professional counterpart,the job satisfaction,the retention status,the change of posts,issues such as the notification channel for working in the enterprise,the main reason for leaving the work unit or position,and the impact of resignation or job change.This paper analyzes the survey data of graduates in higher vocational colleges.Taking the graduates’retention as the breakthrough point,the problems of graduates are found.
