黄河鲤野生和人工养殖群体遗传多样性分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用微卫星技术对黄河鲤选育群体和河南省境内2个野生群体进行遗传多样性分析。在12个微卫星座位上共检测出48个等位基因,3个群体在12个位点的平均遗传分化指数(Fst)为0.04,表明群体分化造成的变异占4%,而96%的变异来源于群体内部。结果显示,3个群体间差异不明显,一方面说明养殖群体在科学的人工选育条件下能够保留一定水平的多样性,另一方面也说明不断恶化的自然环境对野生黄河鲤群体造成的影响是巨大的。 The genetic diversity of breeding population and 2 wild populations in Henan of Cyprinus carpio were studied by using microsatellite marker technology. A total of 48 alleles were detected for 12 microsatellite loci. Average Fst of 3 populations at 12 microsatellite loci was 0.04, which showed that the variation caused by group differentiation accounted for 4%, and the internal variation was 96% of the total variation. The results demonstrated that there was no significant difference among three populations. On the one hand, the germplasm resource and the genetic diversity were better in the cultured population, and on the other hand, the worsening environment had great influences on the wild population of C. carpio.
