果蝇诱剂配方筛选及田间引诱试验

Formulation Screening of Attractants and Field Trapping Test for Drosophila

为了有效防控果蝇危害,减少使用化学农药,降低防控成本,探索一种性价比高、引诱力强且使用方便的果蝇诱剂。通过室内和室外生物测试对原料、增效成分和配方进行筛选。结果表明,25%果汁制品、25%蛋白液、5%~10%白米醋、50%水和0.1%吡虫啉配制的诱剂对果蝇诱杀效果最好,可进行大面积示范推广。

In order to effectively prevent and control fruit flies,reduce the use of chemical pesticides and control cost,a cost-effective,attractive and easy-to-use Drosophila attractant was explored.Preliminary screening of raw materials,synergistic ingredients and formulas were performed through indoor and outdoor biological tests.The results showed that 25% fruit juice products,25% protein solution,5%-10% white rice vinegar,50% water and 0.1% imidacloprid were the best attractants for trapping fruit flies,and it could be used for large-scale demonstration and promotion.
