以霍邱县潘集镇土地整治示范项目为例,探索了整体推进农村土地整治的途径、效果及经验。坚持以人为本,可持续发展,建设美丽乡村,有利生产、方便生活、节约土地;坚持基础设施、公共服务设施资源共享的原则,对项目区村庄、路渠、农地和灌排设施进行规划设计,分类实施,是整体推进农村土地整治顺利实施的重要途径。通过项目开展,改善了项目区群众生产和生活条件,促进了易地扶贫搬迁安置工作和土地流转及特色农业发展。潘集镇整体推进农村土地整治示范项目的主要经验,就是加强领导、紧密配合,强化措施、奖惩严明,做好协调,寓管理于服务中,农地村庄同步整,发挥示范作用,项目建设与美丽乡村建设工作有机结合,层层发动、广泛参与。

Taking the demonstration project of land remediation in Panji Town, Huoqiu County as an example, the ways, effects and experiences of overall promotion of rural land remediation were explored.Adhering to people-oriented, sustainable development, building beautiful villages are conducive to production, convenient life, and save land;adhering to the principle of infrastructure and public service facilities resource sharing, planning and design of villages, roads, agricultural land and irrigation and drainage facilities in the project area classified implementation is an important way to promote the smooth implementation of rural land improvement as a whole.With project development, the production and living conditions of the people in the project area have been improved, and poverty alleviation, relocation and resettlement work, land circulation and development of characteristic agriculture have been promoted.The main experiences of Panji Town include strengthen leadership, cooperate closely, strengthen measures, reward and punish strictly and impartially, do a good job of coordination, integrate management in service,synchronize farmland villages to play a demonstration role,organically combine project construction and beautiful rural construction,mobilize level by level and participate widely.
