摘要
校企合作是地方应用型本科院校提高教师"双能型"能力的必由之路。立足于农林专业"双能型"教师发展的现状,从测评体系、合作目标、合作主体、合作平台、效果评价与反馈的角度,探索校企合作模式下"双能型"师资队伍建设的新模式,为促进地方应用型本科院校农林专业教师内涵发展和教学质量提升提供借鉴。
University-enterprise cooperation is the only way to improve teachers’ ability of "dual-skilled". Based on the current situation of the development of "dual-skilled" teachers in agriculture and forestry specialty, we explored the construction of a new model of "dual-skilled" teaching staff under the model of university-enterprise cooperation from the perspective of the evaluation system, cooperative objectives, cooperative subjects, cooperative platform, effect evaluation and feedback. In this way, it could provide some references for promoting the connotative development and improvement of teaching quality of agriculture and forestry specialty in local application-oriented universities.
