摘要
实践教学是生物技术专业应用型人才培养的重要环节,为提高实践教学质量,建立完善的实践教学体系,以黄山学院生物技术专业为例,采取"校企合作、产教融合、人才共育"的原则,形成了"1121"人才培养模式,建立了"专兼结合"的实践教学队伍,构建了"三层次三板块全方位"的创新创业实践教学体系,提高了生物技术专业应用型人才培养质量。
Practice teaching is an important part of applied talents training for biotechnology specialty. To improve the quality of practice teaching, and to establish a perfect practice teaching system, we took biotechnology specialty in Huangshan University as an example, and adopted the principle of university-enterprise cooperation, industry-education integration and joint talents cultivation. As a result, the 1121 personnel training mode was formed, a teaching team combining full-time and part-time teachers was set up and a comprehensive three-level and three-module innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching system was built, so as to improve the quality of applied talents training for biotechnology specialty.
