乳腺癌组织中Twist及Ki-67的表达及其与乳腺癌临床病理特征的相关性

Expression of Twist and Ki-67 in breast cancer tissues and their correlation with the clinicopathological features

目的:探讨Twist和Ki-67在乳腺癌组织中的表达,分析两者与乳腺癌临床病理特征的相关性。方法:选取62例乳腺癌组织,20例正常组织作为对照,采用免疫组化染色法分别检测Twist和Ki-67的表达,并检测Twist及Ki-67在不同类型及不同分子亚型乳腺癌组织中的表达。结果:在乳腺癌组织中,Twist阳性率为37.10%,Ki-67阳性率为45.16%,均高于正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。乳腺癌组织中Twist和Ki-67在肿瘤直径、ER、PR状态及组织分级分组中表达有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:Twist和Ki-67在乳腺癌组织中表达一致,且均呈高表达。提示两者可能与乳腺癌恶性程度分级及侵袭力有关。

Objective:To investigate the expression of Twist and Ki-67 in breast cancer tissues and analyze their correlation with the clinicopathological features of breast cancer.Methods:62 cases of breast cancer tissues and 20 cases of normal tissues were selected as the control.The expressions of Twist and Ki-67 were detected by immunohistochemical staining,and the expressions of Twist and Ki-67 in tissues of different types and subtypes of breast cancer were detected.Results:In breast cancer tissues,the positive rates of Twist and Ki-67 were 37.10%and 45.16%,both higher than the normal tissues,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The expressions of Twist and Ki-67 in tumor diameter,ER,PR status and organization class in breast cancer tissues were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expressions of Twist and Ki-67 in breast cancer were consistent and high.It is suggested that they may be related to the grade of malignant degree and invasive ability of breast cancer.
