供给侧改革背景下辽宁省高校创新创业教育情况调查及对策研究

Research on the Situation and Countermeasures of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities of Liaoning Province under the Background of Supply Side Reform

供给侧结构性改革意味着我国经济发展的驱动力发生重大改变,生产要素的有效供给和利用成为发展经济的重要保障。创新型人才是最重要的生产要素,因此高校的“创新创业教育”是供给侧结构性改革的重要推动力。老工业基地辽宁正在以供给侧结构性改革为主线,贯彻新发展理念,寻求可持续的发展模式。通过调研辽宁省部分高等院校创新创业教育情况,总结辽宁省高校目前创新创业教育的课程体系、教师团队、双创环境方面的现状与问题,分析供给侧结构改革对创新创业教育和科技创新的要求,研究辽宁省高校创新创业教育的发展途径。

The supply side structural reform means that the driving force of China's economic development has changed greatly,and the effective supply and utilization of production factors has become an important guarantee for economic development.Innovative talents are the most important factor of production,so"innovation and entrepreneurship education"in Colleges and universities is an important driving force for supply side structural reform.The old industrial base Liaoning is taking the supply side structural reform as the main line,carrying out the new development concept and seeking the sustainable development mode.Through the investigation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in some colleges and universities in Liaoning Province,this study summarizes the current situation and problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities in Liaoning Province in terms of curriculum system,teachers'team,and the environment for entrepreneurship and innovation,analyzes the requirements of supply side structural reform for innovation and entrepreneurship education and technological innovation,and studies the development path of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities in Liaoning Province.
