摘要
中医药在食管癌的预防和治疗过程中取得了良好疗效,为食管癌患者提供了安全有效的治疗选择。本文探讨了疏肝健脾化瘀法治疗食管癌的理论依据,认为食管癌病因病机和饮食、情志及脾胃虚弱有关,痰、瘀为主要病理因素。在临证治疗中或以疏肝健脾为主,或以化瘀健脾为主,可获得良好的治疗效果。
Esophageal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system.The morbidity and mortality of esophageal cancer in China rank the highest in the world.Traditional Chinese medicine has achieved satisfactory efficacy for the prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer,which will supply a safe and effective option for the treatment of esophageal cancer.In this article,we discuss the theoretical basis for the treatment of esophageal cancer with the therapy of soothing liver,invigorating spleen and removing blood stasis.And it is believed that the etiology and pathogenesis of esophageal cancer are relates with the disorders of diet and emotion and with the weakness of spleen and stomach,and phlegm and blood stasis are the primary pathological factors of esophageal cancer.Therefore,therapy of soothing liver,invigorating spleen and removing blood stasis should be adopted for the clinical treatment of esophageal cancer,so as to achieve satisfactory efficacy.
