浅述食管癌术后及放化疗后并发症的中医药治疗

Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy for Complications Caused by Western Medicine Treatment in Esophageal Cancer Patients

食管癌术后、放化疗后所出现的并发症可影响患者的生存时间及生活质量,中医药可预防、减轻治疗后并发症如肺部感染、放射性损伤、骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应等,并加速术后康复,提高患者的生活质量。本文就中医药治疗常见的食管癌治疗相关性并发症作一论述,探讨中医药在防治食管癌治疗相关并发症中的作用,以期为临床提供参考。

The complications in esophageal cancer patients caused by western medicine treatment have an influence on the survival time and quality of life of the patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has definite curative effect on preventing and alleviating the complications of lung infection,radioactive injury,bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction and postoperative rehabilitation caused by operation,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The relief of the complications can significantly alleviate the sufferings of patients and improve the quality of life.In this article,the treatment of complications in esophageal cancer patients by traditional Chinese medicine therapy was discussed,and the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of esophageal cancer was also reviewed.
