肝素结合细胞因子Midkine、Adropin及ICAM-1在SLE外周血中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨肝素结合细胞因子Midkine、Adropin及细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)外周血中的表达及临床意义。方法收集76例SLE患者作为观察对象(SLE组),同时收集50例健康体检者作为对照组,比较SLE组和对照组Midkine、Adropin及ICAM-1水平。随后根据疾病严重程度,将SLE组患者分为轻度活动组(n=26),中度活动组(n=30)和重度活动组(n=20),比较不同疾病严重程度SLE患者Midkine、Adropin及ICAM-1水平。并比较SLE患者治疗前和治疗后6个月时Midkine、Adropin及ICAM-1水平。结果与对照组相比,SLE组患者Midkine、ICAM-1水平升高,Adropin水平降低,组间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。不同疾病严重程度SLE患者Midkine、Adropin及ICAM-1水平存在差异,且随着疾病严重程度加重,患者Midkine、ICAM-1水平升高,Adropin水平降低,组间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,SLE患者治疗后Midkine、ICAM-1水平降低,Adropin水平升高,比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论SLE患者存在Midkine、ICAM-1水平的高表达和Adropin水平的低表达,且与疾病的严重程度密切相关,并随着疾病好转而改善,动态监测上述指标变化可在一定程度上为SLE的病情严重程度和疗效评估提供参考意义。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of heparin-binding cytokines Midkine, Adropin and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in peripheral blood of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) patients. Methods A total of76 patients with SLE were selected as observational objects(SLE group), and 50 people undergoing health checkups were selected as the control group. Levels of Midkine, Adropin and ICAM-1 were compared between the SLE group and the control group.Subsequently, according to the severity of the disease, SLE patients were divided into the mild activity subgroup( n=26), moderate activity subgroup(n=30) and severe activity subgroup(n=20). Levels of Midkine, Adropin and ICAM-1 were compared among the patients with different severity of SLE. And levels of Midkine, Adropin and ICAM-1 in SLE patients before and six months after treatment were compared. Results In comparison with the control group, the SLE group had higher levels of Midkine, ICAM-1 and lower level of Adropin, with statistical difference(P < 0.05). Levels of Midkine, Adropin and ICAM-1 were different in patients with different severity of SLE, and with the aggravation of the disease, levels of Midkine, ICAM-1 increased and level of Adropin decreased, with statistical differences(P < 0.05). In comparison with those before treatment, levels of Midkine, ICAM-1 decreased and level of Adropin increased after treatment in SLE patients, with statistical differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion Midkine and ICAM-1 are highly expressed and Adropin is lowly expressed in SLE patients, which are closely related to the severity of the disease and improve as the disease improves. Monitoring those indicators dynamically can be of reference significance for evaluation of the severity of the disease and curative efficacy in SLE patients to a certain extent.
