摘要
针对一款涡轮增压器压端漏油故障,通过试验发现中冷器接口结构、增压器回油管走向、空气滤清器清洁度、增压器怠速工况为主要影响因素。从根本上解决漏油问题,提出了增压器轴封的改进方案,通过长期怠速漏油试验、可视化漏油试验、抗恶劣进气负压试验验证了改进的有效性。产品切换后,故障率大幅度下降。
Aiming at the pressure end oil leakage fault of a turbocharger, it is found that the sealing structure of intercooler interface,the direction of turbocharger oil return pipe, the cleanliness of air filter and idle condition of turbocharger are the main influencing factors.The improvement scheme of turbocharger shaft seal is put forward to solve the problem of oil leakage fundamentally. The effectiveness of the improvement is verified by long-term idle oil leakage test, visual oil leakage test and anti bad negative pressure test. After product switching, the failure rate is greatly reduced.
