摘要 本文针对渐开线齿廓斜齿轮啮合过程中的啮合线长度进行分析与计算,得出斜齿轮的啮合线长度的计算公式,给出了斜齿轮的重合度计算公式;通过对斜齿轮啮合实际过程的分析,分析得到斜齿轮接触线长度与重合度之间的关系,推出了接触线长度的计算;最后在基于实际啮合情况下,展开了对斜齿轮单位接触线载荷的研究。 This paper analyzes and calculates the length of the meshing line of the involute tooth profile helical gear during the meshing process, and obtains the formula of the length of the meshing line of the helical gear. The formula for calculating the degree of coincidence of the helical gear is given. Analysis of the process, the relationship between the length of the contact line and the degree of coincidence of the helical gear is analyzed, and the calculation of the length of the contact line is derived. Finally, based on the actual meshing situation, the research on the contact line load of the helical gear is carried out.
