β-丁基磺酸-环糊精催化酯化反应研究

摘要 环糊精衍生物因具有特殊的性质,广泛应用于催化反应。本文中通过离子交换一步方法制备得到β-丁基磺酸-环糊精,并应用于酯化反应。该催化剂具有多磺酸活性位点及疏水空腔,高效实现芳烃类醇、酸的酯化反应。通过采用控制变量法考察催化剂β-丁基磺酸-环糊精对催化酯化反应的影响,优化反应时间、醇酸摩尔比、催化剂摩尔分数、反应温度等因素对酯化反应的影响。最终得到最佳反应条件:n(甲醇)︰n(酸)=6︰1,催化剂用量1.0 mol%,反应时间1 h,反应温度60℃。该催化剂表现出良好的催化活性,得到相应酯的转化率大于90%,且催化剂可重复使用10次以上。该催化剂具有简单易得,反应活性高,催化剂用量少、催化剂易回收等优点,为进一步应用研究提供了基础。 Cyclodextrin derivatives(CDs) were used in organic reactions because of particular structure. A new CD was synthesized by ion exchange method, which was applied as the catalyst for the esterification reaction of aromatic alcohols or acids. The esterification of aromatic alcohols and acids can be realized efficiently, originating from multi-sulfonic acid sites and hydrophobic cavity of the catalyst. The factors, such as reaction time, the mole ratio of alcohol to acid, catalyst loading and reaction temperature were explored. The excellent conversions above 90 % were achieved under the optimal conditions, and the catalyst could be reused more than 10 times without decreasing activity. The catalyst has the advantages of simple availability, high reaction activity, less catalyst dosage and easy recovery, which provides a basis for further application.
