摘要
通过浙江温岭"6.13"液化石油气槽罐车爆炸事故的警示,针对粤港澳大湾区液化石油气公路运输过程中可能发生的风险,分析液化石油气的危害特性,对公路运输过程中的危险性进行了辨识和分析,对做好应急救援提出了建议。为做好液化石油气公路运输,提出了加强监管、源头治理、科技手段和强化应急处置四个方面的措施。
Based on the warning of "6.13" liquefied petroleum gas tank car explosion accident in Wenling, aiming at the potential risk of highway transportation of LPG in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay area, this paper analyzes the main characteristics and hazards of LPG, identifies and analyzes the danger in the process of highway transportation, and puts forward suggestions for emergency rescue. For highway transportation of LPGs, this paper put forward four measures, these are strengthening supervision, source control, scientific and technological means and strengthening emergency response.
