摘要
建立了高压液体进样-气相色谱法测定烷基化原料中多种微量含氧化合物。采用CP-Lowox毛细管柱在一定的色谱条件下分析标准混合液体和实际样品。结果表明,该方法分离效果良好,定量结果准确,6次测定标准混合液体的相对标准偏差小于4.76%,检出限0.14~0.41mg/kg。该方法直接液体进样,无需汽化,满足烷基化工艺过程中的微量含氧化合物组分的检测要求。
A high pressure liquid injection method was established for the determination of trace oxycompounds in alkylation raw materials by gas chromatography. CP-Lowox capillary column was used to analyze the standard mixed liquid and the real samples under certain chromatographic conditions. The results showed that the method had good separation effect and the accurate quantitative results. The relative standard deviation of six determinations were less than 4.76 %, and the detection limits were 0.14~0.41 mg/kg. This method has the advantages of direct liquid injection without vaporization, and can meet the detection requirements of trace oxycompounds in the alkylation process.
