药物设计学是药学及其相关专业的重要必修课程。通过分析总结所在高校药物设计学教学面临的实际问题,探讨了在药物设计学教学改革中,以开放性实验为依托,理论学习与实践验证相结合的开放性教学模式,并建立全面的评价体系综合地考核学生对药物设计学的学习情况和运用能力。

Drug designolgoy is an important compulsory course for Pharmacy and its related majors. This paper analyzes and summarizes the practical problems faced by the teaching of drug designology in our universities, and then probes into an open teaching mode based on openness experiments in the teaching reform of drug designology, where theoretical study and practical verification are combined together, and a comprehensive evaluation system is established to comprehensively assess the students’ learning and application ability of drug designology.
